How it works

For hunters

1. Browse verified listings and compare against sold prices.
2. For paid hunt types, check out through HuntHype. Funds held until seller confirms fulfillment instructions.
3. For Colorado LPP listings, contact the landowner directly. HuntHype takes no part in the voucher.
4. Buy your state license yourself. No listing on HuntHype replaces a state license.

For sellers

1. Apply as a landowner, land manager, or outfitter and upload verification documents.
2. Create a listing. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live.
3. Pay 8% on completed sales, or a flat $49 for a Colorado LPP classified.

Colorado landowner vouchers

Colorado LPP vouchers may only be transferred by the landowner or designated land manager directly to the hunter. A brokered voucher is void, and so is any license bought with it. HuntHype does not sell, hold, or broker this voucher. Transfer must be completed directly between landowner or designated land manager and hunter per CPW rules. You still buy the state license from CPW.
